This Saturday Music People focuses on deep, soulful and percussive Afro House flavours. DJ Ais–T invites DJ Ataide, originally from Angola, to showcase his african rhythms to all you music people.
You can expect hearing tribal chanting, kalimbas, bongos and marimbas combined with percussive beats, bumpy basslines and jacking grooves.
Music People
Music People is an offshoot club night of a radio show by the same name on Basso Radio. The club night is hosted by Ais-T and Flipperi while inviting local or foreign musical tribesmen to bang their drums. Just as on their radio show, expect anything from modern soul, boogie and afro beat to jackin' house, techno and contemporary bass music but always with a tastemaker's selection.
